The company started in 2022 with one decision.
Walk the amp aisle and every box shouts a peak number in lights. Those figures come from an instant that never happens on a real drive, and you cannot plan a system around a number like that. So in 2022 we stopped competing on it. We rate everything at usable continuous power now, and we publish the specs that let a builder plan the whole system before spending a dollar.
One decision, applied to every product we make.
What usable continuous power means.
Peak power is a measurement taken over a fraction of a second, and it is easy to make big. Usable continuous power is the output a product holds while music is playing and the amp is getting warm. That second number is smaller, and it is the one you plan around. Every OG Audio amplifier is rated at usable continuous power, with the peak figure left off the box.
Impedance and thermal behavior, published with every product.

Here is what ships with every product.
A specification only counts if a builder can use it to plan. So each product ships with the fields that matter: the rated output, the load it wants, the electrical demand it places on the vehicle, and how it behaves as it heats up. Where we measured a number ourselves, we say so, and we publish the conditions we measured it under.
We rate every amplifier at usable continuous power and measure it there, so the figure holds up under a real load.
MeasuredImpedance and thermal behavior ship with the product, in the units you plan with.

The number only matters if it holds.
Power makes heat, and heat is where cheap amplifiers give up. Component choice and cooling decide whether a rating is a promise or a lucky measurement. We design for the long pull, for the song that keeps playing and the hour after the amp has already been hot for a while. That is the load we build for.
We design for sustained output rather than single bursts.
Three paths, matched to your build.
The right equipment depends on the power you want and the space you have. What you want to spend decides the rest. Bronze, Silver, and Gold paths organize the catalog around those questions, so a system gets matched instead of guessed, and every path runs through an authorized dealer who can help with fitment and installation.

A first matched system for tight space and a modest budget, sized to fit the vehicle you drive.
600 W RMS · 10″, 12″ & 15″
A larger build with headroom to grow into, matched on power and the room you have to work with.
1,000–1,500 W RMS · 12″ & 15″
The full build, matched for maximum usable output when power and space both stop being the limit.
3,500 W RMS · 12″ & 15″Matched on the power and space you have, at the budget you set.
