The recommended box is ported, 2.00–3.50 cu ft, tuned near 32 Hz. Treat it as your starting point, and remember net airspace is gross internal volume minus the driver's displacement.
It is rated 3,500 W RMS, so pair it with a monoblock that delivers about 3,500 W RMS at your final load, 0.5 ohm in parallel or 2 ohm in series.
Series gives a 2 ohm final load and parallel gives 0.5 ohm. Pick the load your monoblock is rated stable at, and confirm that rating before wiring to 0.5 ohm.
Rated response is 36–300 Hz at 86 dB sensitivity. Free-air resonance (Fs) is 38 Hz and maximum linear excursion is 0.96 inch.
