How to start a return
- Request: Email support@ogaudio.com with your order number and reason.
- Authorize: We issue an RMA number and prepaid label where eligible.
- Ship back: Pack the item in its original box and drop it off.
- Refund: We inspect and refund within 5–10 business days.
Returns overview
We want you to be confident in every order. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return on most items.
Returns apply to products purchased directly from ogaudio.com. Items bought through authorized dealers must be returned under that dealer's policy.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and protective materials included.
Products that have been installed, wired, modified, or physically damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Custom and made-to-order enclosures are non-returnable unless they arrive defective.
Clearance, final-sale, and gift-card purchases are not eligible for return.
Refunds & processing
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.
Exchanges
Need a different model or tier? The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement, so your new gear ships right away.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us and we'll arrange a direct exchange at no cost to you.
